Η ανάδυση της γενιάς των «απελπιστικά αισιόδοξων»: Διαχείριση της εργασιακής ζωής στις νεοφυείς επιχειρήσεις στα χρόνια της κρίσηςΤο βάθεμα της ελληνικής κρίσης συνέβαλε στην αυξανόμενη προβολή συνεργατικών εργασιακών μονάδων όπως θερμοκοιτίδων και κόμβων επιχειρηματικότητας όπου φιλοξενούνται νεοφυείς επιχειρήσεις στο αθηναϊκό κέντρο. Λόγω περιορισμένων εργασιακών επιλογών νέοι υψηλών προσόντων δραστηριοποιούνται επιχειρηματικά. Το παρόν άρθρο εξερευνά τους τρόπους με τους οποίους οι νέοι αυτοί επιχειρηματίες διαχειρίζονται την επιχειρηματική τους εργασιακή ζωή, αναλύοντας τις διακριτές ποιότητες του εργασιακού τους βίου καθώς και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο δομούν τον επιχειρηματικό τους εαυτό. Η παρούσα ποιοτική έρευνα σκιαγραφεί έναν απαιτητικό εργασιακό βίο που στερείται ισορροπίας μεταξύ εργασίας και προσωπικής ζωής. Παρόλο, όμως, τον επισφαλή της χαρακτήρα, η επιχειρηματική καριέρα βιώνεται ως μια εξαιρετικά δημιουργική επιλογή που ανταμείβει τους νέους επιχειρηματίες τόσο σε επαγγελματικό όσο και σε προσωπικό επίπεδο. Ταυτόχρονα, το γεγονός ότι η επιχειρηματική τους δραστηριότητα υπαγορεύεται σε μεγάλο βαθμό από αναγκαιότητα αποσιωπάται, ενώ οι νέοι εργαζόμενοι παρουσιάζουν τους εαυτούς τους ως παθιασμένους και επίδοξους επιχειρηματίες. Το γεγονός ότι δραστηριοποιούνται εργασιακά και επιχειρηματικά από ένα συνεργατικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον συντηρεί και ενισχύει την ελπίδα, και βαθιά πεποίθησή τους ότι θα καταφέρουν να αμείβονται για αυτό που πραγματικά αγαπούν. Ως εκ τούτου, στην παρούσα συγκυρία, παρατηρούμε την ανάδυση μια νέας γενιάς εργαζόμενων, αυτής των «απελπιστικά αισιόδοξων». Μιας γενιάς που δέχεται με στωικότητα τις επισφαλείς συνθήκες εργασίας του, καλλιεργεί μια βαθιά και παθιασμένη σχέση με την εργασία και για αυτό δέχεται να αναλάβει το επιχειρηματικό ρίσκο με κάθε κόστος.

The issue of aggression is an area of deep reflection and opposition in the area of psychology and humanities in general. Depending on the theoretical approach, different and contradictory positions have been expressed on the nature and origin of aggression. Aggressive behaviour is one of the most common problems in childhood and one of the most frequent grounds for referral to advisory centres.A child is described as "aggressive" when its usual way of reacting to others is violent and devastating. The phenomenon of violence and aggression includes a set of activities and actions which result in physical or mental suffering and injury to people operating in a social environment or even damage to objects in every place. Some of the main causes of aggressive behaviour include the family, the breakdown of the system of values and norms, the unfavourable conditions in the wider social space, the effects on friends, the group and the 'important others', but even more so on the effects of SMEs through the programmes and models they put forward. This recommendation will summarise the conceptual framework of aggression. This includes the definition, the forms that aggression takes in everyday life and the factors contributing to the manifestation of the phenomenon. Finally, some series of animation of children showing scenes of violence directly or indirectly will be analysed for example. ; Το θέμα της επιθετικότητας αποτελεί πεδίο έντονου προβληματισμού και αντιθέσεων στον χώρο της ψυχολογίας και των ανθρωπιστικών επιστημών γενικότερα. Over the last years, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have gradually become a more efficient alternative to manned aircraft, and at present, they are being deployed in a broad spectrum of both military as well as civilian missions. This has led to an unprecedented market expansion with new challenges for the aeronautical industry, and as a result, it has created a need to implement the latest design tools in order to achieve faster idea-to-market times and higher product performance. As a complex engineering product, UAVs are comprised of numerous sub-systems with intricate synergies and hidden dependencies. To this end, Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) is a method that can identify systems with better performance through the concurrent consideration of several engineering disciplines under a common framework. Nevertheless, there are still many limitations in MDO, and to this date, some of the most critical gaps can be found in the disciplinary modeling, in the analysis capabilities, and in the organizational integration of the method. As an aeronautical product, UAVs are also expected to work together with other systems and to perform in various operating environments. In this respect, System of Systems (SoS) models enable the exploration of design interactions in various missions, and hence, they allow decision makers to identify capabilities that are beyond those of each individual system. As expected, this significantly more complex formulation raises new challenges regarding the decomposition of the problem, while at the same time, it sets further requirements in terms of analyses and mission simulation. In this light, this thesis focuses on the design optimization of UAVs by enhancing the current MDO capabilities and by exploring the use of SoS models. Two literature reviews serve as the basis for identifying the gaps and trends in the field, and in turn, five case studies try to address them by proposing a set of expansions. On the whole, the problem is approached from a technical as well as an organizational point of view, and thus, this research aims to propose solutions that can lead to better performance and that are also meaningful to the Product Development Process (PDP). Having established the above foundation, this work delves firstly into MDO, and more specifically, it presents a framework that has been enhanced with further system models and analysis capabilities, efficient computing solutions, and data visualization tools. At a secondary level, this work addresses the topic of SoS, and in particular, it presents a multi-level decomposition strategy, multi-fidelity disciplinary models, and a mission simulation module. Overall, this thesis presents quantitative data which aim to illustrate the benefits of design optimization on the performance of UAVs, and it concludes with a qualitative assessment of the effects that the proposed methods and tools can have on both the PDP and the organization.

Abstract

The occupation of government power by a leftist party in Greece (in January 2015) has formed a new political landscape and given rise to new political expectations after a long period of administration by the so-called system parties. The left-wing party, SYRIZA, was voted by Greek citizens as a new political force that could bring new policies, as it had the ambition to solve the country's economic problems, bring social justice and tackle the severe humanitarian crisis caused by the recent long economic crisis. Regarding the religious field, the fixed aim of leftist parties was the separation between the State and the Church, which would lead to the full independence of the State from any religious or ecclesiastical influence, as well as the seizure of church assets by the State, the obligation for the clergy's payroll to be covered by the Church, and similar demands regarding many other issues that shape the relationship between the State and the Church in Greece. This paper investigates especially the relationship between SYRIZA and the Church of Greece during the one-year period of the left-wing government, through the official discourse and political practices of the governing leftist party. For this purpose, the left-wing government's political practices and stance towards the "religious issue," as they are expressed by the party's official press medium, the Avgi newspaper, are analyzed. ; Dojście do władzy w Grecji przez lewicową partię w styczniu 2015 r. odmieniło scenę polityczną i po długim okresie rządów tzw. partii systemowych stworzyło podstawy dla nowych oczekiwań politycznych. Lewicowa partia SYRIZA została wybrana przez greckich obywateli jako nowa siła polityczna, która zapoczątkuje nową politykę, jako że do jej ambicji należało rozwiązanie problemów ekonomicznych kraju, przywrócenie sprawiedliwości społecznej i przeciwstawienie się głębokiemu kryzysowi humanitarnemu spowodowanemu długotrwałym kryzysem ekonomicznym. Jeśli chodzi o kwestie religijne, stałym celem partii lewicowych była seperacja między Państwem i Kościołem, co miało prowadzić do pełnej niezależności Państwa od wpływów religijnych i kościelnych, jak również upaństwowienie majątku kościelnego, przeniesienie ciężaru wynagrodzenia duchownych na Kościół oraz wiele podobnych postulatów w kwestiach, które wpływają na kształt relacji między Państwem i Kościołem w Grecji. Niniejszy artykuł odnosi się w szczególności do relacji między SYRIZĄ i Prawosławnym Kościołem Grecji w czasie pierwszego roku rządów lewicowych, przedstawiając omówienie oficjalnego dyskursu i politycznej praktyki rządzącej partii. Dla przedstawienia tych kwestii analizie poddano publikacje ukazujące się na łamach gazety Avgi będącej oficjalnym medium SYRIZY.
